Terms and Conditions

  • Full payment will be done at the hotel.
  • This reservation cannot be cancelled nor modified.
  • In case of no-show, a penalty of 100% will apply.
  • Full payment will be made in advance at the time of check-in at the hotel.
  • This offer can be canceled or modified free of charge 24 hours before arrival.
  • In case of cancellation after this date, a penalty of 100% of the first night based on the meal plan booked will apply.
  • In case of a no-show, a penalty of 1 night will apply.

To secure the reservation, a valid credit card number is necessary. During check-in, it is mandatory to present a valid ID matching the name on the credit card used for the booking. Any disparity will lead to a denied stay, requiring a new booking subject to availability, and may incur a rate change.

  • Room rates featured are subject to 10% service charge, 7% municipality fees, and 5% VAT per room per night.
  • Room rates are subject to AED 20 Tourism Dirham fees per bedroom per night.
  • Please note that for the Royal Suite, there will be an additional AED 20 Tourism Dirham not added to your rate breakdown setup, so the total Tourism Dirham fees will become AED 40 per suite per night is applied and charged upon check-in.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to adjust the rates in the event of governmental tax and service charge alterations or in the event of the introduction of new VAT and any other Tax that may be imposed in the future by any relevant governmental Authority.
  • Check-in time is from 15:00 hrs. & check-out until 12:00 noon.
  • Children between 0 – 5.9 years stay free of charge in the parent’s room
  • Baby cots or cribs are provided free of charge in the parent’s room for children between 0-5.9 years.
  • Children aged 6-12 can stay free of charge on existing bedding.
  • Number of extra beds provided depends on unit size and maximum number of adults/childrenper accommodation unit. It is strictly subject to availability at the time of arrival. All efforts shouldbe made to confirm at the time of reservation to avoid any inconveniences to our guests.
  • Extra charges will be applied to be settled upon check-in.
  • Children aged above 12 years old are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number entered in the “N° of Adults” box.
  • The permitted number of children is determined by the maximum occupancy of the specific room type.
